29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(ii): Unused keyways shall be filled up or covered. On or about September 5, 2023, at an establishment located at 4852 Elm Street in Laona, Wisconsin; at the Dust Collector located outside, a shaft with keyway was not filled in. Employees were exposed to the rotating shaft ends while checking the level of wood dust in the 55-gallon drum exposing employees to entanglement hazards.
