29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): Battery changing and charging installations for industrial trucks were not provided with facilities for flushing and neutralizing spilled electrolyte: Employees engaged in material handling and distribution operations in the Swing Dock Area located at 4410 South 36th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68107, were exposed to chemical burn hazards in that employees were not provided with a spill kit for flushing and neutralizing chemical spills related to servicing forklift batteries.
