29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): (a) JGM, Inc. dba JGM Fabricators & Constructors LLC located at 1201 Valley Road Coatesville, PA-Bay 1 and Bay 3: The employer did not implement engineering controls d to achieve compliance when one employee was overexposed to Total Dust while performing abrasive blasting operations. The employee was exposed to Particulates not otherwise regulated (Total Dust) of 133.2339 milligrams per cubic meter as an 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) which is 8.8823 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 15 milligrams per cubic meter.
