29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they used: a) Fabrication Shop: On or about 7/26/2023, the employer did not have safety data sheets for all chemicals used on site including, but not limited to Carboline Carbomastic 90 Part B (a corrosive) and Sumpter Coatings Redispray Inhibitive ShopCoat Primer. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
