29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed: (a) This violation occurred on or about July 13, 2023, when an electrical extension cord being used by the CNC table with a welder plugged into it and on was found with its receptacle box missing a knockout exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
