Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under paragraph (d) of this section are identical to those set forth at paragraph (l) of 29 CFR 1910.178: 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a)Jackson Framing, LLC located at 9190 Antares Ave, Columbus, OH 43240: On or about June 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure an employee who operated a Skytrak JLG rough terrain forklift model 6036 to move/handle materials throughout the worksite were trained/certified to operate powered industrial equipment.
