29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: (a) Employee(s) working in room 901 next to the Accumulator located at 1701 Shilling Road, Salina, Kansas were exposed to electrical burn hazards due to junction box cover not guarding against exposure to energized wiring/ electrical components inside the box. (b) Employee(s) working in the engine room (south entrance door) located at 1701 Shilling Road, Salina, Kansas were exposed to electrical burn hazards due to energized Romex flexible wiring approximately 2 inches in length not being enclosed in conduit. The energized section of wiring was approximately 92 inches above ground. (c) Employee(s) working in the engine room (column post left of locker room) located at 1701 Shilling Road, Salina, Kansas were exposed to electrical burn hazards due to energized Romex flexible wiring approximately 1 inch in length not being enclosed in conduit.
