29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: On June 6, 2023 and times prior, at or near 4409 33rd Street North West in Fargo, North Dakota employees were exposed to struck by hazards where tongue guards were out of adjustment or not equipped on the equipment: a) Ace 6" Dual Light Grinder Model 27201, Serial # 25784 Bench Grinder located in the Fabrication Department. b) Wilton Model 170 Serial # P9440 Bench Grinder located in the Bead Blast Building.
