29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). a) Valu Auto, LLC, 113 Southside Drive, Owego, NY 13827: On or about 05/31/2023 thru 06/15/2023, employees engaged in vehicle repair and maintenance activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to: Mineral Spirits, Hydrocarbon Resin, Propane, Isobutane, Petroleum Distillates, and Naphthalene. Employer did not maintain copies of the Safety Data Sheets in the workplace.
