29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(ii):Employees were allowed to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) was present; however, the employer did not ensure that employees did not enter the eating and drinking areas with chromium (VI)-contaminated protective clothing or equipment: In the welding shop, the employer failed to ensure all employees exposed to Hexavalent Chromium did not enter the eating and drinking area of the facility with Hexavalent Chromium contaminated clothing or contaminated protective clothing and equipment. The reporting limit for Hexavalent Chromium, on Quartz Fiber Filer 37 is 0.114 �g per cubic meter. The wipe sample taken from the black folding break room table revealed 0.118 �g of Hexavalent Chromium per cubic meter.
