Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 005B Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons: a) Eden, Inc., Spray booth area, on or about May 18th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Various category 2, and 4 flammable liquids were stored together next to the spray booth and were not in an inside storage room or storage cabinet. The quantity of category 2, and 4 flammable liquids was greater than 120 gallons and included products/stains including but not limited to, UR Clear Precat Self-S 35SH (LFC201G), and Accessa brand WB Timberwolf New Era Spray. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
