29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a) On or about February 23, 2023, Thoughtful Craftsmen did not have safety data sheets available for employees, for any of the hazardous chemicals they were required to work with. Employees were unaware and unable to research the potential hazards they were exposed to while using products that contain hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, oil finishers, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (M.E.K), Premium Paint and Epoxy remover, Emerald (Paint), oil primers, and lead.
