29 CFR 1910.1048(i)(3): When there was a possibility that an employee's eyes could be splashed with solutions containing 0.1 percent or greater formaldehyde, the employer did not provide acceptable eyewash facilities within the immediate work area for emergency use: Location - 20 Cabot Road, Woburn, MA On or about October 14, 2022, employer did not provide proper emergency eye wash station for quickly flushing or drenching affected eyes that came into contact with solutions containing greater than 0.1% formaldehyde on their own without the use of assistance.
