29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(iv): Annual training for employees with occupational exposure was not provided within one year of their previous training: (a) Throughout the Establishment: On or about, August 3, 2022, approximately twenty-eight employees annual Bloodborne Pathogens training was not completed within one year of their pervious training, when they were performing work such as, but not limited to, cleaning living quarters, bathrooms, and pool area where there is potential for exposure to blood, blood products and used needles/sharps.
