29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder. Jobsite - On or about June 15, 2022, an employee was using a 6 foot stepladder which was set up at an entrance door to the building and not secured or barricaded to prevent accidental displacement.
