29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or about May 6, 2022, and at times prior to and thereafter, in the SCRAG Shed, employees working around the east end of the Baker Saw system were exposed to nip point hazards from an unguarded chain and sprocket system that powered a conveyor belt.
