29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: At the Sheet Rock Lamination Machine line, located at 113 Milledgeville Road, Eatonton, GA: On or about April 20, 2022, employees working in the facility were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazard from an unguarded chain and sprocket on the Sheet Rock Lamination Machine line. a. one chain and sprocket located approximately 1 ft. above the working and walking surface, was not guarded.
