29 CFR 1910.184(c)(13):29 CFR 1910.184(c)(13): The employer loaded a sling in excess of its recommended safe working load as prescribed by the sling manufacturer on the identification marking permanently affixed to the sling. a) Rumpke Waste & Recycling Services located at 431 Prospect Dr. Findlay OH 45840: On or about April 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure the 1"x 6' polyester sling used to lift the McNeilus front load refuse trucks hydraulic lifting arm was utilized within its listed capacities, failing to evaluate load weight, sling angle, and tension. Employees operating in the area of this condition were exposed to struck by, caught in, and crushing injuries.
