29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: On or about April 7, 2022, in the welding area, employees were using a metal plug receptacle outlet box wired to a flexible electrical cord in place of an extension cord without the flexible cord being protected from abrasion or having the opening where the conductor wires entered effectively closed.
