29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Fermentationexperts, Inc. at 1201 North Ellis Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to March 24, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the work rest on the bench grinder within the maintenance area was adjusted to allow a max opening of 1/8 inch. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards associated with jamming and grinding wheel breakage.
