29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: On or about March 2, 2022, in the warehouse, employees transporting such as but not limited to wooden pallets and merchandise were required to operate a Hyster forklift, Model number N302DR, Serial number D470N02198 that had defects including, but not limited to brakes not properly functioning.
