29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i):The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a.) 33865 United Ave, Pueblo, CO 81001: On or about February 1, 2022, and at times prior, the employer did not have a written exposure control plan where employees were known to be exposed to respirable crystalline silica. OSHA conducted personal exposure sampling on February 1, 2022 and found one employee was exposed to an 8-hour Time-Weighted Average of 41 micrograms per cubic meter of respirable crystalline silica, above the Action Level of 25 micrograms per cubic meter.
