Location: a) At 100 West 9th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231: On or about January 26, 2022, employees fill fish tank cooling systems with refrigerants 134A and 404A using a pressure system. The employer did not have safety data sheets (SDS) for all the hazardous chemicals used at the site.
