29 CFR 1910.165(d)(1): Employee alarm systems were not maintained in operating condition: On or about January 05, 2022, contract employees engaged in installing sprinklers and commissioning a new firewater system activities in the warehouse were exposed to fire, chemical inhalation hazards in case of emergency or chemical release in that the alarms did not sound, the evacuation sirens did not audibly alarm. The employee alarm systems were not maintained in operating condition.
