29 CFR 1910.307(c):Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: (a) Saw Room and other Production Areas: On or about December 10, 2021, employees were working in an area with buildup of combustible dust where there were open motor fans, electrical outlet boxes, breaker panels, disconnect switches, normal lighting snap switches, overhead lighting, and control panels which were within a Class II, Division 1 location, were not intrinsically safe, and were not approved for a Class II, Division I location or safe for Class II, Division 1 locations. b) Saw Room and other Production Areas: On or about December 10, 2021, a vacuum was being used by employees in a Class II, Division 1 location, it was not intrinsically safe, and it was not approved for the Class II, Division 1 location or Safe for Class II, Division 1, locations.
