29 CFR 1910.1000(e):Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): Employees applying powder paint were exposed to Total Dust exceeding the permissible exposure limits: a. On or about April 06, 2022 employee was applying powder paint to metal parts inside the batch booth and was exposed to 40.64 mg/m3 as an 8 hour time weighed average. On April 06, 2022 one employee was sampled for 451 minutes and the remaining 29 minutes were calculated as 0 (zero) exposure time. b. On or about April 06, 2022 employee was applying powder paint to metal parts while standing inside the line booth and was exposed to 75.62 mg/m3 as an 8 hour time weighted average. On April 06, 2022 one employee was sampled for 454 minutes and the remaining 26 minutes was calculated at 0 (zero) exposure time.
