29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1):The employer did not establish and follow an inspection program having both a general component and a directed component: (a) PRODUCTION AREA, METAL DEPARTMENT - The employer utilized a Niagra M60 power press and a General Electric C45 Bliss power press for production operations, and the employer had not established an inspection program and/or performed any of the inspections required under 29 CFR 1910.217(e), on or about October 8, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
