29 CFR 1926.62(i)(5)(i): The employer did not provide adequate handwashing facilities in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.51(f), for use by employees exposed to lead: a) Worksite at 621 Main St, Boonton, NJ The employer did not provide workers removing siding and hand sanding paint containing 4.5%, 5.2%, 6.2% and 8.0% lead hand washing facilities. Workers could use the bathroom in the building or hand sanitizer. Violation occurred on or about 09/21/2021.
