29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(ii):Protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials were not used to protect each employee from shock, burns, or other electrically related injuries while that employee was working near exposed energized parts: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to implement controls such as protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials as safety related work pratices where employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to 240/110 volt auxiliary panels. b) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Main Engine Room) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to implement controls such as protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials as safety related work pratices where employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to missing knock outs for junction boxes. c) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Waffle Bake Conveyor) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to implement controls such as protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials as safety related work pratices where employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to missing cover on electrical junction box attached to Waffle Bake Conveyor. d) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Grilled chicken conveyor line hallway) - On or about September 29, 2021,the employer failed to implement controls such as protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials as safety related work pratices where employees were exposed to live energized parts including but not limed to missing cover(s) on electrical junction box located in hallway leading to grilled chicken conveyor line.
