29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each authorized employee(s) receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: Alchemy-Spectec, LLC - 4508 Bibb Boulevard, Tucker, GA - In the production area, employees are exposed to caught-by hazards while lubricating or cleaning reactor tanks, without receiving training or utilizing a specific lockout/tagout procedure to prevent unexpected startup of the equipment, on or about June 25, 2021. Equipment includes, but is not limited to the reactor tank and mixing tanks.
