29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Upper and Lower Buildings - Both buildings had nonmetallic-sheathed cable that was not installed in accordance with its listing and labeling, including not having the cable concealed within walls, floors, or ceilings that provided a thermal barrier of material that had at least a 15-minute finish rating and not having the cable protected from physical damage (for example, by rigid metal conduit), exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards, on or about April 12, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
