29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303: On March 31, 2021 and times prior, where employees are provided fire extinguishers for personal safety, the employer failed to ensure that fire extinguishers were readily accessible. A fire extinguisher located in the kitchen room was blocked by four Intermediate Bulk Containers. This exposed employees to smoke inhalation and burn hazards.
