29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displaced on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: a. On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at a metal closet in front of the shredder machine, a liquified petroleum compressed gas (propane) cylinder was not legibly marked for hazard warnings and exposed employees to fire hazards. b. On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, at the yard for torch cutting metal, 3 liquified petroleum compressed gas (propane) cylinders were not legibly marked hazard warnings and exposed employees to fire hazards.
