29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On and about February 12, 2021, grinding area/CNC and Press employees were exposed to the following abrasive wheel pedestal grinders that had work rests that were not adjusted to 1/8 of an inch next to the abrasive wheels, to include but not limited to: a). The pedestal grinders (employer identification number SS and AL) located adjacent to the Omada Pega Punch Presses were missing the work rests.
