29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(i): Maintenance and operating practices did not control leakage and prevent accidental escape of flammable, and spills were not cleaned up promptly: UTCRAS Inc., located at 501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Building O: On or about January 21, 2021 , Employer did not establish procedures to control leakage and prevent the accidental escape of flammable liquids. Safety Kleen Premium Solvent which is a Class 4 Flammable Liquid, was used to clean train wheels and gear pans. The floor in the washing area had approximately 50 gallons of spilled flammable, which was not cleaned up promptly.
