29 CFR 1926.454(b):The employer shall have each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: a. At 16050 Shark Road West, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about January 19, 2021, and at times prior, employees working from the scaffold platforms, did not receive training from a person who is qualified in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold system, to recognize hazards associated with scaffolds.
