29 CFR 1910.179(g)(2)(i): Electrical equipment was not so located or enclosed that live parts would not be exposed to accidental contact under normal operating conditions: At a facility located at 2221 North Belcrest, Springfield, MO 65806: The employer failed to protect employees from electrical shock hazards. This was most recently demonstrated on or about May 4, 2021, and at times prior thereto when employees were permitted to operate an overhead crane in the facility that had a pendant control box housing that was damaged and exposed the internal electrical contacts.
