29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. At a worksite located at 1301 Stahl Drive, Warrensburg, MO: Employees were exposed to toxic and/or hazardous substances. This was demonstrated on August 19, 2020 when employees were exposed to chemical substances including, , but not limited to Cobra 15N, Isoset I and II, CRC Knock'er loose, Sprayon LU711, Sulfer Dioxide (SO2) Sodium Hydoxide 50%. The employer failed to provided an updated list of all hazardous substance or chemicals that workers are exposed to during the production process.
