29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: On or about 2/14/2019, inside the roll-up door, next to the workbench, at the cylinder storage area 20-inches inside the door, vehicles entering and exiting, workers walking by or receiving materials from the area where oxygen and acetylene cylinders were stored within 1-foot of each other were exposed to smoke inhalation and thermal burn hazards.
