29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4): Damaged or weakened parts of a scaffold were not immediately repaired or replaced, braced, or removed from service until repaired: On January 10, 2010 on the fourth floor south tower: Severely corroded cables used to suspend the scaffold that was in use were not replaced nor was the scaffold removed from service. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
