29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv)(B): 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv)(B): Before circuits or equipment was worked as deenergized, a qualified person did not use test equipment to test the circuit elements and electrical parts of equipment to which employees would be exposed and did not verify that the circuit elements and equipment parts were deenergized: Ball, Bounce and Sport, Inc. - Dunkirk, Ohio: On or about January 3, 2020, a qualified person did not use appropriate test equipment to ensure the circuit elements and electrical parts of a 220 volt electrical motor, used to power the fans at the 1500 mold machine cooling chamber, were deenergized before accessing electrical components to replace the motor.
