29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication break area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, a six outlet extension strip was used by being mounted on the exterior I beams at a location where it could get wet. The multi-outlet strip is not designed for exterior use at wet locations. b. On or about 12/12/2019, at the fabrication area shear line 3, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, in that, a 4-way outlet box without a cover was used while mounted at a location where it could get wet. The multi-outlet box did not have a cover as designed to keep the live conductors from getting wet during inclement weather conditions.
