29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance bay workbench The employer did not ensure bench grinder abrasive wheel guards were attached and adjusted for the decreasing diameter of the wheel. Employees used a Baldor-Reliance, Model 762RE, bench grinder, Serial Number G7-304-30, for the maintenance and repair of busses where the wheel guard of the grinder was not attached.
