29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined for conditions that could adversely affect the safety of the vehicle on a daily basis before being placed in service: In the warehouse: On or about November 13, 2019, employer did not ensure that forklifts were inspected in the daily bases. No maintenance checklists were kept. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
