29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Throughout the facility, on or about 11/5/19: Information and training on hazardous chemicals in the work place were not provided for employees that perform hot work such as oxy-acetylene torch cutting and work with materials including, but not limited to Wire Wheel Cleaner, Red Thunder, Wet Look, Red Lightning, and NAPA MACS Brake Cleaner. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item
