29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to hazards associated with unexpected energization of equipment during maintenance activities. On or about October 1, 2019, a maintenance employee was not provided lockout/tagout training on all elements required, including, but not limited to, review of specific procedures and how to test for energy isolation. There was no documentation for lockout/tagout authorized training for all employee(s). Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
