29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) Work place was located at 25 Colony Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 The employer did not require employees to look in the direction of travel while operating rider jacks as an employee was observed driving a rider jack while looking at his scanner as he approached the intersection of D Street and 2nd Avenue. Violation was identified on August 19, 2019.
