29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: On or about July 5, 2019, the employer failed to provide a training program for each employee using ladders which would enable each employee to recognize hazards when employees were utilizing a 6 foot Davidson Pro Series portable ladder on top of a Werner 6 foot mobile scaffold to access the top of an apartment building entryway overhang.
