29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(4)(iv): Employees entering lunchroom facilities with protective work clothing or equipment were not required to remove surface lead dust by vacuuming, downdraft booth, or other cleaning method(s): a. Scale House Trailer - The employer did not ensure that an employee removed all of his protective work clothing and equipment before entering the trailer to eat lunch. An employee, who was performing torch burning of ferrous metal scrap, was exposed to 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 0.8550 milligrams per cubic meter of airborne lead during a 384 minutes occupational exposure. The 8-hour TWA employee exposure was 17.1 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 0.050 milligrams per cubic meter. This violation was noted on March 7, 2019
