29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a. 200-240 Carter Dr., Edison, NJ The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were maintained for each chemical used in the facility. Employees worked with chemicals including, but no limited to, Compressed Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide, on a daily basis where the data sheets were not available. Violation occurred on or about February 22, 2019
